• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on location:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available on select products or promotional offers.
• Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Naaptoll reserves the right to update shipping charges without prior notice.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• A tracking link will be sent via email or SMS.
• Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided link.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:
• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unreachable phone number

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Government restrictions
• Logistics disruptions
• High demand periods

Naaptoll is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:
• We are not liable for lost shipments.
• Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  1. Do not accept the package if visibly damaged.

  2. Take clear photos immediately.

  3. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

10. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability.

You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
